60-Hour Broker Pre-License Topics Course

15-Hour Interactive Study Course
Tuition: $295
(Discounted rate when taken alongside the 60-Hour Pre-License Topics course)

Indiana Class: January 30, 2026 to April 10, 2026

Class will be held at our offices at 19046 Henry Dr in Mokena, IL and 8227 Wicker Ave St John, IN.

We offer the required Pre-License course needed to obtain a Real Estate License in IL and IN. Presentations include Interactive Lectures, Case Studies, Supplemental quizzes, and other prep material to give students the ultimate confidence to pass the state exam. The course caters to all learning styles with visual presentations, and in-depth lectures from Brokers in the field to provide adequate support and practicality to the learning experience.
